Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
This policy aims to provide clarity about BORSSO product support and after-sales processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Warranty
All BORSSO products come with a standard warranty period as specified on the warranty card (typically one year from purchase).
Note :- All projectors come with a one-year warranty. However, please note that any accessories provided with the projector are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
- Repairs or replacements (at BORSSO's discretion) will be provided for manufacturing defects identified by authorized BORSSO agents.
- Repairs or replacements will be done through BORSSO's authorized service centres.
Warranty Exclusions:
- This warranty applies only to products purchased within India.
- The warranty is limited to the first purchaser with a valid invoice or bill.
- Products must be used according to the instructions and be free of physical damage. Damaged products are not covered under warranty but may be repairable at an additional cost.
- Non-authorized repairs will void the warranty.
- Defects caused by improper use, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or during transit are not covered.
- Warranty is void if non-standard accessories are used, exceeding recommended ratings or if customer-provided accessories cause damage.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to authorized service centers.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of replaced parts.
- BORSSO is not liable for any damages or losses during product shipment.
- The warranty period is not extended after repairs or replacements.
- Replaced parts become BORSSO's property.
- BORSSO's liability is limited to repairs or replacements, with a maximum claim amount not exceeding the purchase price.
- In case of irreparable products, BORSSO may offer a similar substitute or a credit note for the invoice value. All accessories must be returned, or reasonable charges may apply.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Replacement Policy:
- Replacements are allowed within 7 days of delivery for defective or physically damaged products.
- Customers must report physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Customers must report functional issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
- BORSSO will verify reported issues before replacements are processed.
- Products with look/sound/brightness concerns are not replaceable under warranty.
Return & Refund Policy:
- All BORSSO products are thoroughly tested before shipping.
- BORSSO offers a 7-day product repair/replacement policy (no refunds) for unused, undamaged products in original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories.

Important Notes:
- Customers are required to open a support ticket for warranty or out-of-warranty service requests. Visit Borsso or email: myrakhmshop@gmail.com.
- Report any transit damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Repairs for late reported damage will incur additional costs.
- Mishandling, negligence, unauthorized service, or non-adherence to maintenance guidelines will void the warranty, and repairs will be charged additionally.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Refer to the warranty card for the specific warranty period of your BORSSO product.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, abuse, power fluctuations, environmental factors, or alterations to the product.
- BORSSO is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- BORSSO warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period. Upon written notification of a defect within the warranty period, BORSSO will, at its discretion, replace or repair the faulty hardware.
- Warranty coverage is subject to policy guidelines. Consumable items like batteries and remote controls, and accessories like cables, are not covered under standard warranty.
Dispute Resolution:
Any legal disputes related to BORSSO products and warranties will be settled under the jurisdiction of Jaipur Courts only.
